West Bank Inn

My brother and I stayed there for four days while visiting friends. Staff was great, the young lady at the front desk accommodated my request as a disabled vet. The room was on the first floor, cleaved everyday,. Cleaning lady was very kind and friendly. Well be staying there again soon. I recommend the place. Thank you guys. Will be asking for the same room number.

Originally, I was sad the original managers left. However, the new managers are as cool as can be. I stayed here well over 100 times and 98% of the time, my stay was complaint free! Clean rooms, comfy beds & most importantly NO BUGS! The property is well kept and everything in the room works. Did I also mention, no bugs?!!! Plenty food areas nearby and close to downtown, you can’t beat that for the quality of the rooms. Especially compared to others in the areas. At first I thought the manager and I wouldn’t get along, but he turned out to be a really down to earth guy. He just wants things done the correct way, which is understandable. I have no complaints whatsoever. He will help you as much as he can to make sure your stay is the best possible. I’m really appreciative of this hotel and what they offer. They will forever have my business now & in the future!

I've had to pick hotels in GA a lot not knowing how the location was. Some turned out horrible. I booked this hotel online as I usually do. It was an emergency so we only booked one night. When we both there we were greeted with Mr. Patel. He was a very very nice man. Greeted us with a smile. Saw my husband was disabled and immediately changed our room to the handicap accessible room without us saying a word. The room was clean. Had a mini fridge and microwave. The beds were so comfortable. We had been up for over 24 hours and slept like a baby. Everything is close by. They have a little gazebo you can use a grill they provide. Say it there with my granddaughters. Mr. Patel was training a new girl Veronica. She seemed like a sweet person too. Right outside out room were a bunch of roses. Our car was parked right outside out door. We ended up hanging to stay an extra two days and Mr. Patel rebooked each night. We were on a night by night at a time. Next time we have to go back to Georgia. This will be our hotel from now on. The rate was the best one around. Turned out to be really close to my daughter's house. I can't think of anything bad to say. Sorry I am only addressing you by Mr.Patel I couldn't read what your first name was. We'll see you next time we're in town.

When visiting family, we always stay here. Rooms are always clean and the staff are friendly.

We really like the rooms here. They are clean, and the staff is very nice. There are restaurants all around within walking distance and a grocery store and gas station right here. They have a washer and dryer on-site. I feel safe here.

The customer service, cleanliness, and location was exceptional! I will definitely return for visits/stays in the future!!!

We were there only one night and it was the best experience ever! The check in front desk employee was the most sweetest person and made you feel right at home from the start. The rooms were very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. Everything was perfect even down to the check out with the owner who wanted to make sure our stay was what we expected, it was and more. Would give them 10 stars if it was available instead of the 5 stars, thank you to WestBank Inn for a wonderful stay!

Had a pleasant stay here. The room was clean, check-in was smooth, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely consider staying again!
